I don’t feel particularly strongly either way about menstrual supplies being free, but the arguments for them NOT being free don’t stand up:

Anti-fem: Tampons shouldn’t be free because nothing in life in free

Me: Do you bring your own toilet paper to public bathrooms?

Anti-fem: No, but toilet paper is a necessity, whereas people can do without tampons and pads

Me: So you support free-bleeding then?

Anti-fem: Ew, no, that’s disgusting and unhygienic

Me: So if people can’t afford pads and tampons and free-bleeding is unacceptable, what should people do? 

Anti-fem: … Nothing in life is free

Rinse, lather, and repeat
